An underground park fed by hydroponics and artificial light. Off the park there are many bars and small drug Cafes, Brothels and the lavish Temple.
Perhaps the only place on the entire Mile that could be considered tranquil, the Park sees many visitors that just want to have some time alone in a quiet and peaceful surrounding. Though there are plenty of quiet little corners to hide oneself in and have private dealings and conversations, most find the Mile itself isn't obtrusive enough to care, so most don't bother.
